How the title is put together
Buyers search with a few words, usually the brand, the kind of item and the size, so the builder puts those first, then NWT or NWOT for new items, then colour, material and your keywords in the order you typed them. If a part would push the title past your limit it is left out, and the builder tells you which, so you can shorten something earlier or decide what matters more. Words already in the title are not repeated. Platforms set different title limits and some change them, so check the listing form you use.
The description lists the details in a fixed order, then the condition and what that grade means, any flaws, your measurements and your own notes. Plain lines like these are easy to read on a phone and easy to compare with the photos.

Questions
Should I write titles in capitals?
Usually not. Capitals are harder to read and do not make a listing easier to find. Type brand names the way the brand writes them.
Which keywords help a listing?
Words a buyer would actually type: the style (wrap dress, chore jacket), the era, the fit, the pattern or a model name. Never name a brand the item is not, and skip words like "rare" that nobody searches for.
Where do the measurements come from?
Measure the item flat with a tape and type the lines in, or use the measuring guide, which writes the block for you in centimetres, inches or both.
