Your log is empty. Add your first find above, import a CSV file, or load a few sample items to see how it works.

Import a CSV file: drop it here or choose it. Its rows are added to your log.

Know what your stock is earning

Log each find when you buy it, with what you paid. Add the listed price when it goes up for sale, then the sold price and the sale costs (fees, postage, packaging) when it sells. The totals show what you have spent, what is still sitting in stock and the profit on what has sold.

Profit per item = sold for − paid − sale costs

The log is kept in this browser's local storage, on this device only. It is not uploaded or synced anywhere, so export a CSV file now and then as a backup, or to open it in a spreadsheet. Importing a CSV with the same columns adds its rows to your log.

Questions

Will my log still be here next time?

Yes, in the same browser on the same device, unless you clear this site's data or use a private window. Export a CSV before you switch devices.

Can I open the export in a spreadsheet?

Yes. It is a plain CSV file with a header row that any spreadsheet app opens. Text that starts with a symbol a spreadsheet could run as a formula gets a leading apostrophe.

Which columns does the import need?

A header row with at least Item and Paid. Date bought (YYYY-MM-DD), Listed, Sold, Sale costs and Notes are read when present. Profit is always worked out again.
